Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our food, grocery, and other consumable products, Ayini Iyarkai Angadi follows a No Return & No Exchange Policy, except where a product is verified and confirmed by our team to be spoiled, damaged, defective, or otherwise unfit for use.
We carefully inspect and pack products before dispatch to ensure they are fresh and in good condition.
If you receive a product that you believe is spoiled or defective, you must contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and provide the required photographs and order details for verification.
An exchange will be offered only after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by Ayini Iyarkai Angadi.

Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Eligible cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method.
Please note that any payment gateway, transaction, processing, or other payment-related charges already incurred during the payment process are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
The time required for a refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the applicable bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
