How to Use

Wash & Soak: Rinse Black Rice 2–3 times with clean water. Soak for 8–10 hours (preferably overnight) to soften the grains, reduce cooking time, and achieve the best texture.

Cook: Use 1 cup of rice with 4 cups of water.

Pressure Cooker: Cook for 6–8 whistles and allow the pressure to release naturally.

Open Pot: Simmer over medium heat for 45–60 minutes, or until the grains become tender while retaining their characteristic chewy texture. Drain excess water if required.
